As per the directives of the Ministry of Health in UAE and in order to expedite the procedures of arrival passengers into Sharjah Airport,
It is requested to ensure implementing the below requirements.
- All arriving passengers must fill the attached document “An Undertaking to Implement Home Isolation Procedure” prior to arriving into Sharjah Airport.
- Kindly ensure that all arriving passengers are receiving this form (available in both Arabic & English).
- This undertaking document will be handed over by the passenger (duly filled) to the Health Authority staff upon arrival.
- All passengers must download the (ALHOSN) application on their smartphones and keep the app activated and operational.
